RSA Journal

RSAJournal (Rivista di Studi Americani) is the official journal of AISNA (Italian Association of North American Studies). It publishes research and scholarship in all aspects of the language, literature, history, politics, society, cinema, and culture of the United States, either in itself or in its global context, and it invites contributions by both members and non-members on specific topics in the field as well as general essays. RSA is peer reviewed and appears annually.
Submissions must be in English, must use the MLA Style Manual and Guide in Scholarly Publishing in text, notes, and bibliography, and must be no longer than 42.000 characters maximum (including spaces, notes, and bibliography). These must be accompanied by a 200-word abstract and a separate cover sheet bearing the author’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and affiliation.
Submissions are blind reviewed; the author’s name should not appear anywhere in
the manuscript. RSA reviews submissions with the understanding that they have not
been submitted concurrently to another journal.
Please send essays as MS Word attachments to: secretary@aisna.net. Deadline for
submission is 15 June every year.
